The WTSUG meeting on Wednesday, May 25, 2005 was held from 7:00pm to 10:00pm at Potomac Libary of Montgomery County, 10101 Glenolden Drive, Potomac, MD 20854.

Agenda:

We have an interesting agenda this month, encompassing a variety of trading topics and interests. We will have a brief review of last month’s presentation by Dean Hoffman, including a discussion of a recent research project completed after our last meeting. In addition, the results of Dean’s systems for the last 10 years on a set portfolio will be examined. Secondly, a recent article in TASC entitled “Can the True Strength Index take the subjective guesswork out of stochastics?” will be discussed, including a look at indicator that was featured. Thirdly, George M. will lead a discussion on the AscTrend indicators from AbleSys (http://www.wintick.com/6_0/home.asp). Finally, we will hold an open discussion on the very significant upgrade of TradeStation (version 8.1) which will be led by some of our more experienced members. It should be a meeting packed with good trading ideas and dialogue!
