Weather:
In the event of inclement weather, obviously, the library may be closed, although this does not happen but once every few years on a scheduled meeting date. We will make every reasonable effort to notify membership by email as soon as we learn of a closure, but because weather is what it is, we may not know until the last minute that the library will be closed that evening. If you have far to drive and there may be severe weather, please verify library closures directly with Montgomery County - see the main Montgomery county library website for the most up-to-date closure notifications. If you are on our email list and do not hear from us, and there’s no closure or cancelation notice on the library website or this one, then the meeting is on.

The meeting schedule for the Jan 2012 - Jun 2012 scheduling period will be announced by the end of Nov 2011 when the library scheduling is done. We’ll try to meet as closely as possible to the same locations and times, subject to the library’s meeting space availability.
